A Guided Journey Through the WHOLE Framework
This is the most complete way to experience WHOLE Coaching in a supportive group setting.
Over six sessions we move through the five powerful pillars of the WHOLE framework:
What Matters, Honesty, Ownership, Live What Matters, and Evolution.
You’ll uncover what drives you, where you feel stuck, and how to move forward with clarity and courage.
These sessions offer the depth of coaching with the added connection of shared learning. You’ll have time between each session to reflect, experiment, and integrate the ideas into your daily life.
Course format:
- 6 x 90-minute group sessions
- Sessions spaced 3 weeks apart (ideally)
- Small groups of 3–6 people
- Held online (in-person available for local groups)
