Inner Power

This immersive one-day workshop is designed for women who want to reconnect with their values, inner power and purpose. Using the WHOLE framework as our foundation, we explore how to create goals to help us live with more authenticity, clarity, and courage, especially in times of transition or uncertainty.

We’ll work through reflective practices, creative exploration, and guided dialogue to help you realign with what truly matters and find renewed energy for the life you want to live.

WHOLE Workshop Example: A Deep-Dive into Values-Led Living

Time: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Format: In-person, half-day (includes lunch and breaks)
Participants: Women and non-binary people welcome
Group size: Up to 12

This immersive half-day workshop is a guided journey through the WHOLE framework — a values-led model for living with authenticity, creativity, and clarity. Whether you’re navigating change, searching for meaning, or craving a deeper connection with your voice and your path, this day is designed to help you realign with what matters.

Workshop Schedule

  • 10:00am – 10:30am | Arrival and Orientation
    Welcome, introductions, and an overview of the WHOLE framework. A moment to pause, connect, and set your intention for the day.
  • 10:30am – 11:30am | What Matters
    Explore your inner compass. Through guided reflection and writing, you’ll begin to surface the values that truly matter, beyond habit, history, or outside expectations.
  • 11:30am – 11:45am | Short Break
  • 11:45am – 12:30pm | Honesty
    Examine where you are now. With compassion, you’ll reflect on your current reality: what’s working, what’s not, and what might be standing in the way of a more aligned life.
  • 12:30pm – 1:15pm | Lunch Break
    A chance to connect with others and reflect.
  • 1:15pm – 1:45pm | Ownership
    Consider where your power lies — and how to take aligned responsibility for your choices, actions, and energy.
  • 1:45pm – 2:15pm | Live What Matters
    Learn from real-world examples of people living in alignment with their values. In small groups, you’ll share insights, aspirations, and practical ideas for living your own truth.
  • 2:15pm – 2:25pm | Short Break
  • 2:25pm – 3:00pm | Evolution
    Close the day by exploring how transformation truly takes root. You’ll identify small next steps and connect with others who might walk part of the path with you. Leave grounded, inspired, and equipped to move forward.
